1. No Returns or Refunds
* We do not accept returns for any products once they have been delivered.
* We do not offer refunds for any orders, except where required under applicable law.
2. Replacement for Damaged Products
We offer replacement only if:
* The product is received in a damaged, leaking, broken, or defective condition.
* The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
* Clear photos/videos of the damaged product, outer packaging, shipping label, and invoice (if applicable) are shared with our customer support team for verification.
3. Replacement Approval
* Once your request is received, our team will review the submitted evidence.
* If the claim is found to be valid, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.
* Drish Venture Private Limited reserves the right to reject replacement requests if the required information is not provided or if the request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement requests will not be accepted for:
* Change of mind or personal preference.
* Fragrance, texture, or product expectations.
* Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality.
* Damage caused due to misuse, improper storage, or mishandling after delivery.
* Requests made after the 48-hour reporting window.

To report a damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging. Our team will assist you with the verification and replacement process.
